during our recent family holiday in birmingham, we were pleasantly surprised by park hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the breakfast and room comfort exceeded our expectations. the central location made it convenient to explore all the main attractions.

Always stay at my favorite hotel in Birmingham. Warm staff, especially when they helped my elderly parents. Has everything I need - Wi-Fi, TV, kettle. Coming back for holiday!

Friendly and comfortable, it is a pleasant place to stay.

Not much I don' t like. Just a couple of little things e.g. In Room 6 the soap dispenser in the shower doesn't work, and the clock doesnt work either. Apart from that, all fine.

The hotel accepted dogs, this was my main reason for choosing the hotel and I will use this hotel again.

There were thick layers of dust on the top shelves but everything else was fairly clean. I thought 40 for a single bed box room in this location was quite expensive as the 40 rooms in the ibis or travelodge are much better quality.

The hotel is conveniently located on a main road, providing easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist guests, even offering room upgrades. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bedding and a cozy bed. the full English breakfast served at the hotel is excellent, allowing guests to start their day with a delicious meal.

The decor in the hotel is outdated, giving it a slightly old-fashioned charm.

Great location for the Greyhound dogs. We literally arrived, slept and left. Absolutely no problems. Friendly lady on reception.

lovely welcome and room at the hotel was really nice and beautifully old - very nice breakfast room and lounge and a lovely outdoor area as well Our room was very pleasant, adequate size for two sharing with en-suite, fully equipped with kettle, lots of lamps, sockets, hangers, draws,and nice large TV etc Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly - excellent knowledge of the local area for recommending restaurants and pubs

carpet in the en-suite was a bit disconcerting cleanliness of the bed spread that had a stain The full English breakfast was a quite disappointing for £5

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel not far from Park. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. When they saw us polishing our car, they kindly offered to wash it for us. They even let us choose the time for breakfast so we could get an early start to our car show. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had secure off-road parking. Plus, it was conveniently located near Perry Barr dog racing, which was where we were headed. a lovely reception and a great experience. Cons: Could not be improved in any way! 🌟.

The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to the greyhound stadium and easy to find. The twin room we stayed in had comfortable beds with good pillows. The room also had tea and coffee making facilities, a decent-sized TV with a remote control, and a variety of channels to choose from. Despite being on a busy road, the noise wasn't a problem, and we had a peaceful sleep. Additionally, there were plenty of lighting options to suit our needs.

During our stay, we found the hotel to be in a somewhat run-down condition. However, they were currently undergoing refurbishment, so hopefully, this will lead to improvements in the future.

I always return to this hotel for my stays. The friendly staff once helped serve my elderly parents. It has everything I need like Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. Perfect for my city trips. No regrets!
